Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing RSS Designs for your art purchases. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please take a moment to review our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on purchased items. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Therefore, we do provide exchanges within a two-week window from the date of delivery.
If you wish to exchange your purchased item, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order. We'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within the two-week period. Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant details. We will guide you through the next steps to ensure a seamless process.
Our standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days. Please note that Sunday is not considered a business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You purchase this print online.
You will notify a Brewing staff member that you have purchased the print by showing them the receipt.
You will pick up the art at the brewery that it is displayed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement item promptly.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time frame, your order may have already entered the processing stage, and cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance with cancellations.
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange is no longer in stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or issue you a store credit.
